Just curious if requesting friends is working properly. I have made many friend requests and received no response and also I can't remember the last time someone wanted to add me as a friend.
Hey there, @Kat-6 . Hope you're doing well.
I understand you would like to have more friends/your Facebook friends in Pet Rescue Saga. I realize how important this is for you, so allow me to explain.
The friends list for this game is not made by us, we suggest you a list from which you can add up to 20 friends, this list is composed for each player depending on: current members in the Club, Facebook friends (if you are connected via Facebook and have friends who are actively playing) and players around the same level in the game.
I'd also like to inform you that you can only send one life to a friend every 12 hours and can only claim one life if you do not have more lives. I suggest you to review your friends list and take your time to add more friends that are playing actively, whether they are friends on Facebook or in the game.
Once you've added some friends (remember: you can only add up to 20!), go to the friends tab, just at the bottom, next to the main page that shows your map. Here you will see the friends that have accepted (or not) your request. If any of them has accepted your request, now you'll be able to request lives or help with a level!

The desktop app allows 15 friends and I have 4 so I'm not over the limit.

Was trying to click "No" as accepted answer when replying to https://community.king.com/en/pet-rescue-saga/profile/2495953/Alex_The_Witch but somehow it showed up as the accepted answer but it's not.
Thanks for your reply but I'm not playing on FB. I guess I should have mentioned that I'm playing on a desktop PC via the Pet Rescue Saga app with no connection to FB.
