My piggy bank is full and when I attempt to purchase it, I receive a message that something went wrong and no money was taken; however, my credit card was charged.
I've contacted MS Store Support and they referred me to Xbox Support who refuses to give a refund and refers me to the game developer King, who is owned by Activision Blizzard who is a subsidiary of Microsoft.
I have tried all troubleshooting; updating game, restarting game, etc. all to no avail. This has happened two days in a row so something is definitely broken.
I chatted online and requested a phone call. I was told about a 15 minute wait and it's now been about 45 minutes with no phone call.
If this isn't resolved, this will be the final straw. 😡
