I had to switch to a new phone, now I'm having to start pet rescue from the beginning. Why didn't it keep me at my current level of 2055? I really don't want to start all over again. Thank you for any help.

Hi @CherAnn56 log into the game the same way you used to with your previos account (either with an email or facebook) If it does not put you at your current level immediately, sometimes you need to play Level 1 then it will reconnect to where you were at.

I've been stuck on level 9379 for a while. You don't have enough moves for the amount of stuff you need to collect. And also, where is Critter Carnival?
