🐾 Your Pets Are Ready… Winter Petopia Awaits! 🎄

Winter Petopia is back, and our furry friends can’t wait to move into the coziest, snow-covered city of the year!

As you play your regular levels, you’ll collect special houses, place them wherever you like, and watch your winter city come to life with gingerbread rooftops, twinkling trees, igloos… and lots of happy pets roaming around!

❄️ Here’s what’s waiting for you:

🧱 Unlock seasonal buildings: Complete levels → receive one of the cards with a special building → place it in your city. You’ll find a variety of winter-themed houses that are exclusive to this Winter Petopia edition.

🗂️ Collect Special Cards: Along the way, you’ll also receive:

Pet Hat & Accessories Cards – dress your pets in warm, adorable hats and accessories.
Treasure Cards – unlock treasure chests filled with rewards.
Gift Cards – collect special gifts that you can open later to claim even more treats.

❤️ Fill the Love Meter: Every new building and every delighted pet fill your Love Meter. Once it’s full, you’ll unlock special buildings and festive rewards.

🐶 Make pets smile: Tap pets when they “wish” for something and earn extra love to speed up your progress in the love meter.

🎄 A very special Winter Holiday Tree: After completing two levels, you'll receive the Holiday Tree, our special addition to Winter Petopia. You can place gifts under the tree throughout the event. And on December 25, those gifts can finally be opened! A countdown timer will let you know when everything is “Ready” so you can claim your festive surprises.

📅 Event dates:

For most players the event will run from Dec 1 to Dec 29.
For some groups of players, Winter Petopia will last a bit longer – from December 2 to January 2.

❄️ Total levels: 75 levels

❄️ Please note that the event is not available on Facebook

Yep, I totally understand how inconvenient it is not being able to play Petopia on PC 😓 I’ve flagged this with the Studio so they can take a look. And thanks so much for getting back to me and for sharing the screenshots, they’re really helpful. I’ll keep you posted as soon as I hear more from the Studio!

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, all are on the latest version of the game. The Samsung tablet has moved from Summer to Winter but on level 18 and no Christmas tree? I'll attach a picture.

For what it's worth, I no longer choose to play the game on the tablets as I prefer the larger PC screen and the use of a mouse. No, unfortunately Winter Petopia never returned to the PC app.

Hi @Kat-6! Oh no, your comments got lost in my notifications, so sorry about that! 😓 It does look like there might be a sync issue between devices. Could you please double-check that all devices are running the latest version of the game? Also, on the Samsung tablet, are you still seeing Summer Petopia? 👀 About PC, did Winter Petopia get back to your game?

Just now offered Winter Petopia on my iPad but still not back on my PC where I was making some good progress. My iPad is starting over with nothing, including all my boosters that I have on the PC.

Now I'm really upset; no answers and it appears this was intentional. I went to the MS store to see if perhaps my game needed updated and found out that it was updated yesterday.

This explains why Petopia was available yesterday morning but not later in the day. It was the game update.😡

Why can't I get Petopia online via Facebook? I can get it for my download to computer but not via Facebook.

@Snow_Rider - will Winter Petopia be returning? I checked earlier and it still has not returned. Very disappointed as I was building up gifts.

I haven’t made much progress at the moment.

I noticed that in one of your pictures that you are giving the pet a bath 🛁.

It’s been ages since I could do that. I .really miss the old Petopias where you could give the pet a bath, a ball or a treat.

The gameplay is really good. This is my second favourite King game (after Pet Rescue Puzzle, rest in peace 🥺). However, I think there are some things that could really make it perfect.
