Currently Level 9400 is impossible to pass without adding extra moves or using boosters (the free mega bomb can be used)
First you need to drop 9 crates before the timers on the diamonds run out
Next, Pets will drop in columns with crates (but only after the diamonds are gone)
Then (the impossible part) you'll need to drop and rescue them, in very few moves!!
Below is an example that shows two play throughs of this level.
First time I use some extra moves and in the second play through, once all the Pets are on the board, I use my free mega bomb.
