Your have to have those little balls (the yellow balls, whatever they are called) at bottom where pets will drop, but it won't give you enough moves to make that happen

I am very disappointed in this game I just spent over $10 buying coins and booosters to play level 9434 and also purchased option that gave me 165 moves !!! Again, i BOUGHT 165 moves and still didnt Win??? and the last pet NEVER came down. This is dishonest and unethical for the company to take money and then game isâŠ

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
