Hi @MichaelLeahcim.
I found out that if you try to move the first pet to the left without rescuing it, the other pets will drop from the column where that pet was initially. It took me a few tries, though.
I’m having the same issue & just lost all my boosters I’d built up 😣😞😡
Your have to have those little balls (the yellow balls, whatever they are called) at bottom where pets will drop, but it won't give you enough moves to make that happen
