I had my phone brick last week and now I’ve lost all my progress. I was at level 4 thousand something. Is there a way to get this back?
Hi @Crusty1 sorry to hear about your phone, that’s never a fun situation.
If your progress was saved to an account (Facebook, email, or King account), you should be able to get it back by logging into the game on your new device using the same login details you used before. Once you log in and give the game a moment to sync, your level progress should reappear.
If you weren’t logged in before, or if your progress doesn’t come back after logging in, the next step is to contact Player Support directly from the game:
• Open Pet Rescue Saga • Go to Settings • Tap Help Center • Choose the option related to lost progress or account recovery
Let them know your old device stopped working and roughly what level you were on. They’ll be best placed to check what can be restored.
