The carnival gates are open, and this time your pets are stepping into a world filled with color, magic, and carnival wonder. It’s the first time we’ve brought this theme to Pet Rescue Saga, and your city is about to look very different from anything you’ve built before.

This edition brings a full reskin inspired by both magic and carnival fun. Bright colors, playful decorations, glowing lights, and festive details will transform your entire city.

🏡 Carnival-themed buildings that blend naturally into this festive world

🍭 Candy Factory

Build Candy Factories around your city and prepare treats for them. The more factories you place, the more activity you’ll see from your curious, treat-loving pets.

🪄 Festival Weekend Event

During the weekend, pets will arrive dressed in colorful costumes, ready to collect candy directly from your Candy Factories. It’s a busy time in the city, so having enough factories will keep all your visitors happy and sugared up.

And of course, everything you love about Petopia is still here. Keep playing your regular levels, rescue pets along the way, earn special cards to expand your magical carnival city and fill the love meter ❤️❤️❤️
Throughout the event, you’ll receive a variety of quests to help you progress and unlock rewards, so try not to leave any of them behind.

Hi @Snow_Rider I only have four candy factories. One for color bombs (that one was there first), one for red candies, one for blue-striped candies, and I only got the factory for yellow-striped candies a few days ago.

What looks like a lot is the candies my factories have produced.

And yes, it looks like that on all my devices (until yesterday). Unfortunately, since today I can no longer open the game on my mobile devices. This always happens with Petopia. Therefore, I have to play intensively whenever Petopia appears.

Hi there! Unfortunately, Petopia isn’t available to all players at the same time. Each time we run an event, a random group of players is selected as part of an A/B test.

We know it can be a bit disappointing to miss out, but please don’t get discouraged, these tests are usually temporary. Just make sure your game is always updated, and there’s a good chance you may get Petopia in a future run 😊

Hi @tammi65! Can you please clarify what glitch in the system you're referring to? If you haven’t received the event, it’s most likely due to an A/B test.

I'm curious to see what happens when the festival starts in 19 hours.

No Petopia foe me here in India. Please have a look.

My city is progressing slowly

Apparently people who don't have Petopia Magical Carnival will not get it due to a " glitch in the system". VERY DISAPPOINTED 👎

I've already done it several times, now only play on 1 iPad I can still play now although it's slow but I'm very afraid that it will stop completely just like last time.

Hey! You should still be able to play the event on random levels. Could you please confirm whether you’re able to make progress in Petopia when playing those levels?

Thanks for your question! If you’re referring to the candies shown above the pets, that’s your pet asking for a little treat 😊 Move your pet to the matching factory so it can eat, and in return your furry friend will reward you with pet coins.

I’m really sorry to hear this, that’s definitely frustrating 😔 Please try following the troubleshooting steps to see if the event runs more smoothly on your device. It’s also important to stick to one device if possible, as switching between devices can sometimes cause interruptions. Let me know how it goes!

Hey there! Thanks for flagging level 9468 and sharing what you experienced. I’ve already passed your report on to the Studio so they can take a closer look. Fingers crossed the pets will be able to drop properly on that level soon ☺️

I have not gotten the petopia. I don’t ever get the petopias that are released ion between holiday ones.

Greetings Snow_Rider, I'm going to also reach out to Lynette again, but I'll start here first. Before you ask, I've sent a question to support, I've also reached out to the older post from others who also had this problem. I've already sent to Lynette, I didn't hear anything back. I first went on youtube and there are two videos that I watched. I thought maybe I'm doing something wrong on this level. I didn't see anything hard, or that I needed to change to play this level. I also realized that in the two videos, pet continued to drop, and the person playing didn't do anything different than what I'm doing. I also read what others were saying, the same problem that I'm having. I've been on this level since November, 2025. I don't know what else I can do. I'd like to enjoy the Petopia, I can't. No one can say I'm a newbie, I'm on this level 9468 for a reason, I know how to play. If some level comes up that I'm not sure about, I go to watch the videos. This level is not hard, I just need the pets to drop. I also have enough boosters if I need to use them. I don't need to use boosters for this level, I just need pets! I have never seen anymore than three pets to drop. I have enough move, not enough pets. I've even had no pets drop before all the move are out. Can you please tell me what more I can do? Please, I'd like to play the Petopia. On Level 9468.
