Unable to buy golden bars, do not know why

Hey, Happy New Year to you all!

cannot buy anything since december 2025, there is an error message that pops up, please help. I got an answer last year to my previous post from Alex, but after giving all the infos, no more reply. There is nothing wrong with my cards as in november 2025 I was still buying golden bars..Thank you, tatiana

Happy New Year! Sorry about not following up on that thread, I have catched up now and view the image you shared. In this case the error is coming directly from Meta(Facebook) directly which is who manages and processes your payments.

Therefore in order to try to resolve this error, I suggest that you contact directly to obtain the correct and most accurate help with this error.

Therefore in order to try to resolve this error, I suggest that you contact directly to obtain the correct and most accurate help with this error.
