I am probably not the longest playing person on Pet Rescue, but I am sorry to see that support is now not helpful. [In the past, I would get a reply in email from a real person] This copied response is the reply that comes currently most of the time, and I understand the position to ask us to try to solve the issues - not just ask for support to fix things. That said, even after replying that I can't find a solution and have discussed it to death, this reply comes again. Is anyone else frustrated? Do any of you get real help?
