I’ve lost my 500+ days consecutive log is due to travel from uk to Canada and the time difference means I missed a days log in is there anything I can do to reinstate it?

I'm really sorry you've lost your login streak. Unfortunately our tools still don't allow us to reinstate player's login and win streaks, but we usually compensate players for this kind of loss with in-game items. Could you please reach out to our player support team explaining what happened so they can look into it and compensate you accordingly?
