Missing rewards

I reported this a couple of months ago and it’s still happening. My question is: what are the rewards I’m missing out on and when will this be fixed so that I can receive them?

Hey there @bajscott and @dianakotori . Hope you're both doing well.

This is strange indeed. Could you please share your Core User ID and also the following details, depending on your kind of device/platform:

IOS Devices

What make and model is it?
Which Software Version is installed? Go to Settings > General, then tap About to find your Software Version.
What version of the game are you running? Open the Settings app. Go to General > iPhone Storage. Wait till it shows the list of apps. Click on the game app to see the App Version.

Android Devices

What make and model is it?
Which operating system is installed? Open your device's Settings > Tap About Phone or About Device > Tap Android Version to display your version information.
What version of the game are you running? Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app. It'll say the version you are running under the app’s name.

Windows app

Which operating system is installed? Select Start > Settings > System, then select About.
What version of the game are you running? Open the Microsoft Store App > Click on the Library icon in the bottom left corner > Click on the app name to open its page and scroll down to the Installed Version header to locate the app version.

Kindle Devices

Which version of Kindle are you using? Kindle Fire HD, Kindle Fire HDX? To find this please follow these steps: Settings > Device Options > Device Model
What operating system are you using? Fire OS 3.0 until 3.5? Android? To find this please follow these steps: Settings > Device Options > System Options

I went to the App Store and performed the upgrade/update for the app, but it . I’m still not seeing anything that would tell me there are rewards, what they are, or when I got them and for what. I’m still just getting oops sorry something went wrong. Thanks for trying to help. I really appreciate it, especially since the people who managed the app have never responded and actually fixed the problem.

Hi @bajscott!

Maybe the game is still counting the red blocks for you, even if you aren’t getting the Grow a Pet stage. 🤔

I will tag @Alex_The_Witch and @Snow_Rider to see if they can help you with that, because I thought everyone was going to get Petopia for three weeks and Grow a Pet for the fourth week of every month. With some luck, you’ll get some prizes!

It’s very strange that you got that pop-up during Petopia. 🤔

When did you take this screenshot?

Petopia should’ve finished a few days ago. If you got this pop-up then, you clicked “continue” and nothing happened, it was probably just a bug. Sometimes I get one asking for an update when there’s none. It’s a pain in the bum, though, but seemingly harmless.

But if you got this screenshot today, there must be something wrong with your game. I thought it was impossible to have Petopia and Grow a Pet at the same time.

By the way, the prizes you get in Grow a Pet can go from hammers to gold bars. All you have to do is win levels, it will pick the red blocks to clean, feed and play with the little dog, and the more you get, the better the prizes are.

It should look like this, although the dog can be different.

There was an update today, so maybe the bug is fixed.
