What happened to Petopia and Winning Streak?

Hi all, I posted this as a question but realized it might be better here. I see other people seem to have had a Petopia event, but I haven't had one since fall. Does anyone have this problem? I also don't have the winning streak anymore (like it doesn't activate). Were these removed? ☹️

No worries.

This picture is how I see the page where we are. Number one is the question where Snow Rider explains what to do if you’re having issues with Petopia, which may help you, and number two is the explanation of how the game will be from now on. You could ask Snow Rider directly there, as well.

If you uninstall and reinstall, you will lose your boosters and login streak. That is the last resort, I think, but if it doesn’t worry you, you may try. Make sure your game is being saved, though. Otherwise you may lose your levels.

I’d go first to that other post where they tell you what to do in case you’re having issues with Petopia, and follow those steps. Who knows? That may fix it without the need to uninstall.

To report a bug, you may try to tag any of the administrators that have helped you before. I don’t do it for you, because I have tagged them so much they must have nightmares about me… 😅😅😅

Hmm... should I uninstall and reinstall? I have the Grow a Pet event, but no Petopia or Winning Streak and I play only new levels. Is there a way to report a bug? I'm on Samsung.

I found your question and answered it, so I’m copying my answer again, see which one you find more useful:

There’s a post in this community where they explain it with more detail. However, it basically says that Petopia is a monthly event. It will last for the first three weeks at the beginning of each month, with one week break between them. During that last week, you may get the Grow a Pet event. However, this isn’t available on Facebook.

If you play on an Apple or Android device and you’re not getting Petopia or Grow a Pet, I’d assume there’s an issue with your game.

The winning streak should be working, as well. However, it only works for brand new levels. If you’re at a “Random Level” stage (when you have already played all available levels) it disappears, but comes back with new levels.

There was an update recently. You could try and see if your game is updated and check if that fixes it.
