Game freezes and wheather alert starts all over again , free hours dissapear
I had 4 hours. The game froze as it has been doing and I lost all my hours.

I'm absolutely fed up.Game freezing then you lose all your coins from piggy bank as you have to start all over again.I know there are glitches but this happens so often.Sort it out i've lost so many boosters now!!!
I have lost count of how many times this has happened plus im spending money on boosters to help then it all vanishes, really infuriating.!
PS: I finished weather alert and got my gifts and 24 hours playtime for tomorrow and decided to come back on and poof all gone! I spent gold bars on that stupid thing to get it done. If I'd have known!
Mine goes back to day 1 and music blares and I've gotten to level three of weather alert 3 times now and it rewinds back to level one each time. This is not cool.

Me too. I was doing the island yesterday and got to level 10, I was going to finish it this morning and it is on level 1. Logged out after playing three levels, logged back in and its at one again. so frustrating.
