Trying to contact Snow Rider

I completed a questionnaire about sounds/music a couple of weeks ago, and the reward for doing this was 5 line blasters and 5 row blasters to be added to my account on 2 Mar. This didn't happen, and I questioned where they were a couple of days ago. dianakotori responded, saying that hers had been added to her account sometime before 2 Mar. I'm sure I'd have noticed if they had been added to my account as I've had few boosters of these types recently. She suggested that I tag Snow Rider to investigate this problem, but I've no idea how to tag Snow Rider. Can anyone (preferably Snow Rider) help, please?

The way of tagging someone in this community is writing “@“ and the name of the person that you want to tag right after it, with no space. You can usually pick the name from a small list.
