I didn't miss my daily gift yesterday, level 500 and something signing in everyday… But, it's at level 0 today!!! What happen???

The fix has now been released, and your Daily Login Streak should no longer reset unexpectedly on Facebook 🙌

Piggy bank has gone back to beginning, login level stays at 1.
It's annoying that it's at level 1 on log in. I used to be up in the 400s but it is the same every day with the same challenge
When I play everything seems fine. Then when I came back to play again it takes me back to day 1 of login in and everything I did is gone. It has been doing this for days.
I posted about this issue on 03/03/26. I'm still logging in and it's showing as day 1 for login, if I'm playing Mystery Mountain or Weather Alert, I finish a level and then go back again and it doesn't save that level, I have to start from scratch. I've tried all the recommendations posted by you but nothing is helping. I'm using Win 11 on PC Chrome browser - I've tried Edge Browser, Firefox and Opera - no difference, cleared cache and disabled my extensions as well and it's not helping. I'm not experiencing freezing anymore just the issues as noted above. Hopefully this is resolved soon and thanks for the update.

Dit is niet leuk zo om te spelen elke dag opnieuw beginnen ook met raadselberg en al die andere extra opdrachten . Daarom speel ik het niet meer op het moment ,log wel iedere dag in om te kijken of het is opgelost, maar tot nu toe nog steeds niet .

My daily login was over 800 and now I keep getting 1 every day when I go into the game I still can play and get my rewards but I am at 1 every day What happened to my 800 plus?
Glad to hear that I am not the only one who has this problem. Prior to this problem was that my game never showed what level I was on. Just recently that was fixed. just fyi
I am having the same issue & every time it steals my bonus time remaining e.g. I had one hour, game hangs & when I restart I have 5 lives instead of one hour. Appalling!
Mine keeps doing that too, especially Mystery Mountain Have you had any answers as to what's going on ?

Well, Snow Rider already answered to the post. However, if you want to tag anyone in this community, just type “@“ and the name of the person you want to tag. You will get a small list of people, and you can pick them from there.
