Update: I just wanted to share what I did to fix the problem when Facebook wouldn't connect even though I tried giving it access! I had to go to Facebook settings & privacy, then apps and websites, and remove Pet Rescue Saga there. THEN I opened Pet Rescue and clicked to log in with Facebook, and reconnected it. Now I have Petopia!! 😀
Theproblem was that FB's authorization token was corrupt and needed to be regenerated. I hope this helps someone else!

Hello, I tried to follow the steps given in another post on how to get things like Petopia and Winning Streak back. So I logged out. But now, I can't log back in. I tried even using my king account which I am sure I had, but it didn't send me a password reset link, so I tried logging in with Facebook and when I do, I get the message you see in the screenshot. Can someone please help? I was on such a high level, I don't even remember what, but I had boosters and so much coin as well. ☹️
