Houston, we have a problem. I changed some settings on Facebook and now I can’t connect my account.

I didn’t lose my levels yet. I still have access on the iPad, but it’s not connected to Facebook anymore and I can’t get access. Is there a way to link my activity back to Facebook or doing it on a different way so that I don’t lose my levels if something happens to this device?

I know I probably just lost my progress on Bubble Witch 3 and the other games I don’t have installed… but Pet Rescue is the one I’d suffer the most. This was my User ID before I went and stupidly changed the settings…

This is the stupid thing I did…

Please, can anyone help? 😭😭😭

I tried to go to “removed apps and websites” using the link that you kindly provided, and it says there’s none. It actually showed me a page to ask Lifeline for help, for some reason. I mean, it’s almost 10,000 levels and 13 years of my life, but still… I can live with the zombie app knowing that it will die when this iPad does. 😅😔

I was hoping to be able to connect the game to my King account via my email address, I could even use a different address instead of the one I use for Facebook, since I think the connection was totally severed. It’s my fault, really, for touching things while not understanding them 100%…

EDIT:

I checked and I didn’t get the gold that I won on the Spring contest, so I guess I truly have a zombie app with no access, even if I tried to place my progress into a different account.

EDIT AGAIN: I think I’m back, I tried logging out of Facebook and turning the iPad off and on again after 10 seconds. Still haven’t got the gold from the contest, though… but at least now I will be able to sleep. Thank you so much for being there, Lynette. 🤗🤗🤗

EDIT AGAIN AGAIN: Sorry, lol. I didn’t realise I had to give you my user number for the contest. Silly, silly me. I was really really worried, I thought I had lost everything. Have a good night now, I didn't realise it’s past midnight.

Don't look up the game, but go to your facebook settings, specifically the settings for 'apps and websites'

Thanks @Lynette. I will try that, because I tried to look for Pet Rescue on Facebook and all I could find was the Facebook page. Let me try. I hope I don’t have to start from the very beginning…

@dianakotori from my experience facebook often has connection problems with our games, but it does look like you caused this by removing your access - have you tried using the 'edit access' link?

You should be able to let facebook have access again.

I don't know if it's the same on a mobile device, but online to do this you go to your facebook settings, then to 'apps and websites', next click on the individual game/website you want to 'view and edit' and give the permissions it needs.
