Hi PRS friend 's my game is not loading I have to login in and out for it to work and, my Petopia has gone too.

April Petopia has officially finished. I know yours disappeared early, but I wonder if your game is still having issues, or you may be able to play it in peace for a couple of days. ๐ค
I think it would be good if Petopia took a break next month, because the last one was a little bit too long, and Iโm saying this as someone who really loves it. It becomes a bit boring and repetitive when you have to play the same old random levels all the time.
I also believe there should be one Community Manager for each game, because I keep feeling like we are alone here. I know itโs not their fault, they are juggling with two or three game communities at once, but we are the reason why King exists, we should be able to get help when we need it.
TThanks @dianakotori .don't think so.this issues have been going on every time Petopia is on. I don't contact customer service anymore. They always say the same thing so fix the issue. What am doing now is login in and out of the game to collect the daily reward. Go on the hub. Then probably play one or two levels and close the game. Then, when I open the game again. I have to log out again. So annoying and frustrating ๐. Even when the event will finish in a couple of days my game still won't work I have to reinstall the game for it to work .I lose all my boosters in the process. ๐๐

Iโm sorry to hear that youโre having trouble and your Petopia went missing.
I have found many users in the community that have had the same issue. I think yet another huge technical problem is arising. Iโd be beyond frustrated if that happened to me.
And I wish there were some answers from the Community Managers about this.
I want to think they are busy investigating this, and thatโs why we havenโt seen them for a while. ๐๐ค
