It’d be useful for the Community Managers to find out a few things, like what sort of device are you playing on, what operating system you have, if your game app is updated, what version of the game you have, etc. That would help them to identify the issue better, because as @Laflor says, you’re not the only one with the same problem. Tagging any of the Community Managers may help, as well.
Hola, podeis ir al "centro de ayuda" en ajustes ha exponer vuestro problema ... Mientras tanto espero que algun moderador os pueda ayudar por aqui, aunque hace dias que he visto publicaciones sobre esto y nadie las ha respondido con algun tipo de ayuda para poder ponerlo aqui
