Reward for completing a level on successive days not given

Question

I completed a level for the sixth consecutive day and the reward of two line blasters, two column blasters and (I think) one pickaxe came up on the screen as usual. I clicked on the button to accept the reward, but nothing was added to my tally of boosters. It's been a bit of a struggle to complete these levels as I'd exhausted my supply of boosters due to the problem of being unable to complete a very hard level using gold bars earlier this week. Is it possible to add the boosters I've been unable to claim to my account, please? My account number is 15876716044. Thanks.

I've done as you suggested, closing the game down and restarting it several times, without success. I only play on a Windows 10 laptop with a fast broadband connection. I've had a similar problem once before, and Snow Rider sent the missing sent the missing boosters to my account - that's why I gave my account number. Would you be able to do this?

Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

If after this you still don't receive the boosters,
