Pet Island Disappears

Today, and at least once more in the last few weeks, Pet Island disappears. I play for a short while and either switch over to another game, or quit playing, but when I return, it's gone. When will this be fixed?

OK, I see.

Then it explains the whole thing.

King.com still runs the old Flash Player version of the game and while waiting for the site being updated to the new HTML5 version that you already find on Facebook, no minor issues or disruptions with the live events won't be looked into.

I recommend to play the game on Facebook or on mobile instead to get the new updated and improved version.

I'm not accessing the game via Facebook. I access it from a PC via the internet on King.com.

Since I'm not accessing it via Facebook, it may explain why there is no Find My ID link. I also don't have a Fan Page link, which makes sense.

Try with reinstalling the game and see if that helps.

1) First, we need to remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
(don't worry, your levels, Boosters, Gold Bars won't get deleted)

2) Clear the cache on your browser:
http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

3) Close the browser.

4) Reinstall the game by clicking here:
https://apps.facebook.com/petrescuesaga

Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Make also sure your browser is up to date:

Update: Strangely enough, it reappeared this evening, but when I got to level 8 within this Pet Island, it won't work. I click on it and it won't launch that level.

I am not seeing any link for "Find my ID". I am looking at the bottom of the page down where the Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy links are.

Could you please provide me with your Game ID so I can report this to the Game Studio?

Open the game and scroll down the page all the way to the bottom and click on the "Find my ID" to the left and the number will come up.
