🛠️ The game is crashing or not loading (UPD: Fix Released)

Hey Pet Savers!

We wanted to let you know that we’re aware of the issue causing the game to crash or not load when starting. The team is already working on it to restore a smooth game experience as soon as possible!

In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you can try reinstalling the game. However, please keep in mind that reinstalling will remove your boosters and win streaks. If your progress is connected to a King account or Facebook, your levels and Gold Bars will be safely restored once you log back in.

We understand how frustrating this can be and truly appreciate your patience while we work on a fix.

I reinstalled and the game started at level 1 even after signing in. I was connected through Facebook but my levels are lost. Help?

I play on facebook I cannot get the game to load. I have been waiting 3 days now why is this game not loading? My log in email is not a working one but facebook has my backup email for contact purposes. When will this be fixed or will it be fixed?

For some reason I don't think this is connected to my facebook. I opted out I didn't want to go through all of the steps so maybe thats why mine isn't working since you can't track my acct I never had to do it before.

It doesn't work to reload. I have mine on facebook on my computer already did everything and nothing works 2 days now
