Es bastante difícil, lo he conseguido a base de ayudas y gastando lingotes de oro para conseguir movimientos extras

The description below from @dianakotori is similar to how I played this level (but persisted until I did it without needing extra moves!)

Yep. I had to use a few extra moves.

What I did was use the key as soon as I could, not wasting moves if any of the concrete blocks had a couple moves left. I let the virus blocks multiply and got rid of them at the very end.
