Sorry to hear about your levels.
The game is always saved on a specific Facebook or King account. Therefore if you switch to another account, the progress will stay on the old account and start brand new on your new account.
It is not possible to transfer a game from one account to another, but I am able to manually move you to level 1279 on your new account so you won't have to replay all those levels.
Just let me know your Game ID so I can find your game in our system. You can also open the game on your computer and then scroll down the page all the way to the bottom and click on the "Find my ID" to the left.

Hi @Crazy Cat Lad So nice of you helping @Kennygoins57 With his game progress. What about me? I still cant find my game progress that lost on March 2019 even login with previous account.Hopefully anyone in this king community able to help me recovering my game progress. Thank you.

@Crazy Cat Lad Thank you for responding on my lost all game progress. I dont have computer right now thats why i need your help. Game ID : kathy Rahman. I was on level 885 i guess when i lost all the game progress. Thanks @Crazy Cat Lad ✌

I will need your Game ID that is a ten or eleven digit number to be able to find your game in our system. You can find it both on Facebook and in the game on a mobile device.
If you play on mobile, first make sure the game is connected to Facebook or your King account and then check the Game ID and post it here.
You can find the Game ID on mobile by following the steps here.

If you tap the 'Account' button you will get your profile with the King logo above that you will need to double tap to get the Game ID.
