  See, there lies the problem. I was connected, then when I realized I wasn’t connected, I lost everything. Even logging in doesn’t return my level status. My other I’d is 11011529091.

  I'm sure the game is saved on your Facebook and the issue just that you can't get the game back connected.
  
  Could you post the Game ID from Facebook on a computer and also let me knwo if you play on an iPhone/ Ipad or an Android.

  I play on my iPhone. Did the number I sent this morning not work? I will log on to my computer later if I need to.

  Hi, Did you use the facebook account for more than 90 days, if so the app access permission is expire, you need to reset to active status otherwise you will not able to connect.

  I was not able to find the correct game with he Game ID:s @qbroe .
  
  Since you play on iPhone, try with these steps to force the game to connect to Facebook since that seems to be the issue. 
  
  -Delete the Facebook app and the game app from the device
  -Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
  -Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache
  -Turn on the device again
  -Open Safari and log in to your Facebook account through the browser
  -Download the game from App Store 
  -Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
