How do I get my purchases??

I paid $2.99, facebook said it didn't go through, paid again, same thing - paid a third time, then I saw 3 $2.99 charges on my paypal account and I did not receive any boosters. I was playing on my computer, not my phone or ipad. I disputed the charges in paypal. This is very frustrating because I hate paying anyways but I am addicted to that dumb game.

I am very sorry to hear that you have not received the amount of Boosters you have purchased for your game. The Community Team does not deal with any purchase issues as the inquiry includes your personal details and this is a public forum!
Hence, you will have to contact the "Player Support Team" through this link https://soporto.king.com/contact
** While filling out, enter the TOPIC as "Problems with Purchase";
and the SUB-TOPIC as "Purchased Items not Received";
Explain briefly about the issue and Submit the form.
NOTE: Along with above details, make sure to enter the Game Name correctly! After sending the complaint, you will be receiving an automated email as acknowledgement. If you have not heard from them within 3 days, send a reply to the same email you have received.

I just noticed I received rockets and hammers but no gold bricks, if I paid 3 times I should have received 150 gold bricks! Thank you0

I did get a few boosters, I paid 2.99 3 times, I should have gotten 150 gold bars. I did not get compensated for those.0
