If your game has been hacked and purchases have been made without your consent, you will need to contact the police and report this immediately.
Then contact your bank or credit card provider with the police report, they will then refund the money if someone used your card/ account without your consent.
King, but also Apple, Google or Facebook that handles the transactions and your payment details on your device can only refund items that were not received in the game.
All frauds need to be reported to the police and then contact the bank and they will refund the charges.
