I Am new to daily challenge and the main game itself, so I do not know much of the game. So I found this blocker with vines covered it and I had no idea how to remove it so I need help please

I just found out that you can destroy it with mesh masher. But are there any other ways to destroy it?

Blocker with vines covered you can destroy it with booster Mesh Masher or Line Blaster
