Have you tried with force closing the app and restarting the device? Or reinstalling the whole app and see if it gets connecting again?

As does not connect does not give me option and as on such a high level would be enraged if it took me back to beginning.0

@junethelma You can restore the levels by connecting the game to the Facebook or King account where you saved the game on.
I can also restore the game manually from here if you would lose any played levels. Just let me know the level and the Game ID so I can find your game in our system. How to find the Game ID number, check this page.0 -

Have done as you suggested. Am still on level 1. Lost all my progress when was on game 2282 and also had unlimited lives.Please can you help or give an email address so I can send you proof of my comments.Thank you0

please find enclosed screenshots. I logged out and logged back in but as u can see it still does not connect correctly so am unable to give you my account ID. I only get 5 lives so unlimited lives are not available. Just wont let me. Wait to hear from you.Thankyou.0 -
