Hi @dragonville ,
Have you tried logging out of the game and clearing the cache in the app? You'll also need to turn your phone off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on. After you turn in back on, go look for an update to the app. Sometimes the game gets out of sync, especially if there is an update waiting.

If you follow uninstall and reinstall this game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.

Hey Lim I don’t sign in with Facebook and I don’t want Facebook I sign in with my regular email accounts but neither one will login I was starting over with a new account because the first one froze up and kept taking my gold bars and not giving me the extra moves to complete the level which is frustrating pet rescue puzzle is the only game that I’m having this trouble with I cleared cache reset phone uninstall reinstalled the game several times and still the same thing an unknown error occurred

Don't worry! How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug as so many players have this problem. (I hope it's solved! 🤔)
