Then you should revise counting to 7. New levels are released on Facebook and king.com every Wednesday and have been for some months now without fail.

Normal for iOS, I'm afraid. 

This a game wide bug and therefore not specific to this level, and has been with us for some weeks now so it's obviously proving difficult to pin down and eradicate. We're all living with it as best we can.

Free boosters cannot be replaced, sorry. King has repeatedly warned against hoarding boosters on mobile devices because they are prone to this kind of glitch. Use them or you may lose them is the order of the day, I'm afraid.

Mobile apps are not designed to run in parallel. You cannot expect to click away from the game during play and not have it affected.

This is a bug affecting the whole game not just this particular level. It's been with us for many weeks!

How about neither? There are other options including Flash, your browser. and your device. Troubleshotting advice is contained in the FAQs (link at the bottom of the page). 

The version you have is covered on the Wiki http://candycrush.wikia.com/wiki/Level_1858/Versions You seem to be under the impression that the Wiki is an official King publication. That is not the case, the site being run entirely by enthusiasts with no input from King.

Unless you specify the level involved, not really!
