So sorry to hear that you're getting nowhere with them, but I would certainly keep persevering. I find Support staff for some games are much more helpful than others and deal with the problems quickly, but others need you to keep at them.

Hi @DieOmimi. I didn't see your tag until after I had completed the level, but, fortunately, I did take screenshots in case they were needed. I found it quite a difficult level and had to use boosters.
