Sometimes you have to keep on at them, telling them their stock answers are of no use (after all, they don't come from a real person - just a standard form) and insisting you want your game and your boosters back. Every time they respond, send a firm reply back - at least, that's what I do and they must get tired of me!๐

Thank you, Claire. Sadly, the plans changed yet again today. The full number of carers will not be in place to enable my husband to return home tomorrow and I simply won't be able to cope if they're not. I'm told that he should now be able to come home on Monday, but, as that is a public holiday, I'm not raising my hopesโฆ
