  • Hi @Evan_Lei :waving: King.com platform is running on the old Flash platform which is why our newest games are not available at king.com, Diamond Diaries Saga included. Hopefully it will be there too! In the meantime you can play the game on Android, Apple and Facebook.

  • You cannot link one Kingdom account to multiple Facebook accounts and vice versa. Each link is permanent. So what you can do, is to keep on playing on the existing Kingdom account without a Facebook connection, or if you want to have your game reinstated in the new Facebook, get in touch with our Player Relations here to…

  • Hi @Evan_Lei :waving: Remember that you might need to enable Flash when you're playing the game on King.com. Once a pop up asking for you to allow Flash comes up, allow and then the game should load. If it doesn't, could you send me a screenshot of the game not loading, please? Then I can take a closer look. Thanks :)…
