The levels are available. Just head to the app store and download the latest update :) There are 2255 levels available to play!

Can you say why your system will not allow you to download Flash? Can you not just play in another browser like Chrome where Flash is built in.

I think King's ethos is that every level can be passed without buying extras. There are plenty of players who are in the 2000+ levels who have never paid for anything. There are a few examples here where players don't use any boosts: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=666+candy+crush

They will need to request it. If they go to the roadblock and ask for help, they can send out the request to you from there. Then you can accept it when it appears.

There should be over 2000 levels available. Can you post up a screenshot of your map? Do you not see the levels on your screen. What was the last update you installed?

Faye, what device are you using? Check that it's still supported here: https://care.king.com/en/blossom-blast-saga/android-ios-recommended-devices I would also check that you have enough free memory on your device and clear out the cache and try to play again.
