If it's not fun or challenging for you anymore then just stop playing the game and find another. No one is forcing you to play this remember. There are millions of players on higher levels who enjoy the game. Maybe it's just not for you anymore. That's my 2 cents anyway.

There are no more levels available right now. Level 620 is the final one on the map so you will just have to wait for the next episode to be released. Check the update descriptions and you can see when new levels appear.

I haven't seen any other posts about this level being buggy (this is normally a sign that something is up). Do you have latest app update? Is there a certain move or time when the loop occurs?

If you open up the game on your iPad and connect the game to a Kingdom account (the little orange icon in the settings) then you can use this account and login to it on the Kindle so it will carry your progress over. If you need any help with this, let me know :)

This could be because the new levels are not on mobile yet. These are the newest levels and they are released on Facebook first so they won't be on mobile for a few weeks maybe. This is why the game won't synchronize.

Is that the maximum OS that you can update to? I only ask because it's quite an old one and I know that King games are not supported by some older devices. I would try cleaning up your device. Clear out the memory and the Ram etc. There's information about supported devices here:…

There has always been a difference in levels between Facebook and mobile. They are released on Facebook first then mobile later. As for the the lives, these don't synchronize or transfer. This is explained here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages-842482091

Can you post up a photo of your map because I'm sure that on Facebook the max level is 2225...
