It's because your son is probably signed into the Facebook app or signed in with the browser. Check this, disconnect if needed and then restart to clear the memory and then log into your accounts again in both Facebook and the game.

Are you talking about companions or something else? If it's the companions I've read that disconnecting and reconnecting to Facebook/Kingdom can make them appear.

King have never said they were working on a fix? If your touchscreen isn't working then this is related to your device I think, not the actual game. I would troubleshoot your device first.

When you say you're still on the level do you mean the actual game board, like you're still trying to pass, or do you mean the game did not progress you although you completed the level? Is the game crashing at all?

There is no option to skip a level so you will just have to stick at it I'm afraid. You're 1900+ levels into the game so you have the skill and understanding to do it I'm sure.

I checked this in my game and it happened when I didn't put in a full or correct email, might be something to check.
