Isn't that part of the challenge and the fun of the game. If you could pass every level no problem at all then the game wouldn't be what it is. Yes, you get stuck and frustrated now and then but you pass the levels eventually. If you're not enjoying the game then put it down for a while.

It depends how you saved the game previously. Go into the app and reconnect to Kingdom in the settings (bottom left) or log into your Facebook account and tap to connect on the home screen.

The app crashing is a totally different issue. For that I would go to this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-ios You don't need access to the actually email to play the game so you shouldn't have to change it. What do you play connected with, Facebook or Kingdom?

Hmm, and you're playing on King.com. If you try another web browser is it the same. Maybe clear the cache for the existing one and see if it resets the timer.

If your son used your mobile then you will need to log out of Facebook/Kingdom, restart your device to clear the memory and then start it up and log in and connect as before. Try this.

When you say you're stuck.. can you provide more info. Is the game crashing, is there something that's stopping you progressing. Say what you can see on the screen etc.
