Can you not just scroll back up a little? If you pass the next level, does the same thing happen? The only thing I can think to do is clear the game cache to see if this clears the memory and solves the issue.

Did you keep playing until the time ran out, did you also make sure that the bombs didn't explode? These 2 things are necessary if you want to pass the level. You need to do both or you will fail it.

If you're having memory issues with your phone then this is something you need to look at. The game, as with all apps is only going to get better and improve so you might have to look at your phone. Have you made sure that you login within the time period? I've seen from players in other treads that disconnecting and reconnecting to Facebook/Kingdom resolved this issue for them. Give it a try.

I don't understand your post sorry. Are you referring to a particular level here as you have listed 3 different games? Plus the whole point in it being the 3rd star is that it is, not impossible, but really challenging to get!

If you know the button is there then adjust your fingers or get a stylus. I don't think you can ask the company to change a settings when it's the player who actually presses the button. That's my 2 cents anyway. If you know the pop up is there just take your time with where you press the screen.
