There are a few more steps here to try: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-ios You can also try this: Open the Facebook app, go to settings and to apps. Find Soda and then tap on it. This should open the app and also synchronize it :)

Unfortunately if you reset/reinstall the app then you will lose all of your boosters. Check here that your iPad is supported and then run through the troubleshooting steps to make sure the game runs smoothly.

Do you get the pop up for the rewards? I've seen a few threads where other players have said that signing out and back into Facebook has returned the rewards and fixed things so try this.

It's difficult to say anything other than focus on the bears with your moves as much as possible. If I get stuck, I watch what other players are doing to see if I can pick up tips or if I am missing something.
