There sound be about 2045 levels so check the app store and go to the Candy Crush page to get the update. Might be worth checking that you have enough memory to install it.

Do you have the latest version of the app installed? Maybe try clearing out the app cache in your settings so it clears out any memory issues. If worst comes to worst and you really want the quests you can delete the app and install it again but this doesn't guarantee it, plus you'll lose your boosters.

I saw these steps in another thread so give them a try: -log out of Facebook in the Candy Crush app -log out of the Facebook app -Turn off your device for 10 minutes to clear the cache memory. -Turn it on and Log into Facebook under the required account. If it's Facebook that's not loading then it sounds like it's not the actual game but more of a browser issue. Try loading the game in another browser and see if that changes anything. You can also check this site here: https://www.whatismybrowser.com
