You need to log out of Facebook and the game app, make sure you're not logged in with your browser as well. Then restart your phone and log back in with the correct accounts. This should work :)

On iOS you need to log out of both apps (Facebook and the game) and then clear the memory by turning off the phone. Then when you restart login to the correct account. Check also that you're logged in with the correct account in your phone browser.

Right after the level ends you see a screen where it tells you why you didn't pass the level. This will let you know what happened. Hello :) If your games are mixed up then you will need to log out of both apps (soda & facebook) and turn off the phone for 10 mins to delete the memory. Then start up again and log in to both under the correct account. It's important to clear the memory to unsync the account.

Did you try playing it in another browser? This will help to see if its an issue with you current one that is affecting the game. I would also just restart and open only a browser and try to load the game. So don't have a load of tabs and programs open.

Is this something in a level or are you taking about your friends on the map screen? If there is a tickbox that normally means that you have sent them a life. Can you post up a screenshot if this isn't what you mean?
