Have you checked the 2 little buttons in the game for the music and the sound effects. Click on the little settings button (bottom left) and then you will see the 2 icons. Other than this, try it in another browser and also check that your volume is up your browser in the mixer settings :)

I read your previous post Geraldine. I can't see that you have stated as to why you cannot buy the boosters. Is there a tech or display issue. Can you post up a screenshot so we can all see what you get to see when you're playing?

The game updates at different times. Facebook is normally updated first, then mobiles later. There could be a week or so between the updates as well so bear that in mind. If the new levels have only just come out on Facebook then it will be a week or so before they are on mobile.

The colours will be the same in all countries. It might just be that your game hasn't updated yet so check the app store or keep an eye out for an upcoming update!

It must be when you have won something in the game, an event maybe? Or when you have bought a booster :)
