So you can tap the level icon on the map and the game does not respond? Which phone do you have?

It might be the zoom function in your browser so check this out. See if you can reset it. You can also open the game in another browser to see if it looks normal there.

These are your 'Kingdom' friends that you get assigned automatically. If you send out the requests at the roadblock as normal then hopefully they will respond and help you to unlock it.

I only see 1450 levels so are you sure you have the right level number there?

I think this would be a tablet or app store issue. If you don't have the game installed then it can't be a game issue, if that makes sense. Try closing all apps and restarting to see if the app store loads. If this doesn't work then I can only say to check the internet for support.

I can see you asked the same question a few months ago. Honestly, if you have passed the level then move on. There is no reward for getting 3 stars so you're better off just enjoying the game and progressing :)
