For level releases I would follow the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/CandyCrushSodaSaga/?fref=ts I think the Windows app has always been behind but I'm not sure why.

It's a good idea, but it would kind of take away a little bit of the challenge no? I think that's an important part of the event is to keep it challenging!

The game finished a year or so back so I think they have now removed the app so it's not on mobile now it seems sorry!

What was wrong with the video tutorial? Is it the same layout as here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-LQYvhzxNM I know from speaking to them before that King won't manually progress you if you're stuck. Just keep at it, you'll pass it eventually.

If the update isn't downloading then I think this would be an Amazon error related to your device or your account. Do you get any kind of error code or message. Have you tried checking this with Amazon support?
