The pop-up that appears right after you finish the level will let you know why you didn't pass it. It normally says things like 'you didn't collect all the ingredients' with a little tick next to it. If there is a red cross it means you missed something so check this out the next time you play.

On iOS you need to follow these steps: -log out of Facebook in the Candy Crush app -log out of the Facebook app -Turn off your device for 10 minutes to clear the cache memory. -Turn it on and Log into Facebook under the required account -Open Candy Crush and connect to Facebook. It's correct :) The old version had 75 for the orders but since then the level has been updated. I had a look on youtube for some videos to help you but I couldn't find any with the new version sorry. I'm sure it can be done. If you're 1300 levels into the game then you have the skills to pass it!

There's no way to get them back one they have passed. I'm sure you will get another one soon though! :)

Unfortunately the 72 hour time isn't on the Facebook version of the game, only mobile. Not sure if that's an option for you?
