I spoke to another player on here who said it's an issue that King is aware of so keep an eye out and see if gets fixed in the next game update. 

I highly doubt that anyone would fake a Candy Crush video. If you search youtube you will find a lot of videos. Everyone get a different game board so it's possible yes :)

Like I sad Mark, I don't work for King. If you spoke to someone in customer service and they told you that they are aware of this then just be patient and wait for the update.

If the game is crashing before allowing you to play then follow the recommended troubleshooting steps first. They should resolve most issues so try them before anything else: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/slow-kindle-fire 

Maybe the server was down? How many times did you try this, have you tried again today? I would make sure you have the latest update for the app, then maybe try purchasing with and without mobile data. Let me know how you get on :)

Hey Steve, what do you mean by overachievers? Like a promotion just for people who have passed level 1000?

I believe this happens if you change the time on your device as the game clock is linked. You need to change the date in your phone’s calendar based on the amount of minutes, so calculate it and change it. If you do it right you should go back to the game and it will show the right waiting time :)

Not everyone gets the promotions added to their game. I know this from a few years of playing and being on the site. The promotions go out to certain groups, so not all of us. Maybe you will get the next one and your mom won't :)
