You need to make sure you are logged into the Facebook app and physically reconnect to Facebook in the game app as well. It might be due to the information given here: https://care.king.com/en/papa-pear-saga/i-m-not-receiving-my-messages-lives-from-friends It might be that you're not receiving them in the game in the first place. I also think if you refresh the game you lose any stored messages so keep that in mind!

I saw these steps in another thread so try them and see if it helps you get your accounts back to normal: -log out of Facebook in the Candy Crush app -log out of the Facebook app -Turn off your device for 10 minutes to clear the cache memory. -Turn it on and Log into Facebook under the required account -Open Candy Crush…

In Candy Crush its not possible to connect to both, it's either one of the other I'm afraid!
